Rules and Regulations

At DataSeal School of Technology, we emphasize the utmost importance of regular and timely attendance. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, including both theoretical lectures and practical sessions. It is essential that students arrive on time; lateness exceeding 15 minutes will be considered as an absence. For eligibility to sit for examinations, a minimum of 80% attendance in all classes is required, ensuring that students are well-prepared and have comprehensively engaged with the course content.

All members of the DataSeal community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the dignity of the institution. This includes maintaining discipline, demonstrating respect, and upholding professional behavior at all times. Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination, whether physical, verbal, or through digital communication, is unequivocally prohibited. Any acts involving foul language, physical altercations, or disruptive conduct during class or online sessions will result in severe disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion.

The dress code at DataSeal School of Technology is designed to foster a professional and respectful learning environment. Students are required to be dressed decently, ensuring their attire is appropriate for an academic setting. For specific courses and technical labs, students may be required to wear additional attire, such as lab coats or closed-toe shoes, to maintain safety and professionalism. We encourage all students to express themselves within the confines of a professional dress code.

The use of technology at DataSeal is strictly regulated to ensure that all devices, including computers, laptops, and internet access, are utilized solely for educational purposes. Students must refrain from accessing or distributing unauthorized, illegal, or explicit content. Furthermore, tampering with the school's hardware or software systems is considered a serious violation of the institution’s policies, and any such actions will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion.

At DataSeal, we place the highest value on academic integrity and the ethical conduct of students in their scholarly pursuits. All assignments, examinations, and projects must reflect the student's original work, with no tolerance for plagiarism or cheating. Any attempt at academic dishonesty, including unauthorized collaboration or the submission of plagiarized work, will result in severe consequences, including suspension or expulsion. Students are expected to properly cite sources and reference credible materials in all academic submissions.

All students must ensure that their tuition fees and other related payments are made in full or according to the agreed-upon payment plan. Failure to pay fees on time will result in the imposition of penalties or restrictions, including limited access to classes and examinations. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure timely payment of all dues to maintain their enrollment status.

Students must treat all school property and facilities with the utmost respect. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will be the responsibility of the student who caused it, and they will be required to compensate for the damage. It is also expected that students maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas, including classrooms, laboratories, and common spaces, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all.

Students are expected to regularly check their emails and notice boards for updates regarding academic and administrative matters. Additionally, inappropriate online behavior, such as posting defamatory content about the school or its community members on social media or school platforms, will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action. All communication should be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.

The use, possession, or distribution of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco on school grounds is strictly forbidden. Any student found violating this policy will face immediate suspension or expulsion, as this compromises the safety and integrity of the learning environment.

Violation of any of the above rules and regulations may result in a range of disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the offense. The decision of the school’s disciplinary committee is final and binding.
