1. How do I enroll in a course?
To enroll, visit our website, navigate to the “Programs / Courses” section, select your desired course, and click “Enroll Now.” You’ll be guided through registration and payment. For in-person classes.
2. What types of courses are available?

Each course is available either fully online, face-to-face, or in hybrid mode.
3. Are the courses accredited?
Yes, our courses are accredited by relevant local and international bodies where applicable. Each certification includes industry-recognized skills and can be verified upon request.
4. How much time do I need to dedicate to a course?
Time commitment varies depending on the course structure. On average:
Short courses: 4–6 weeks (4–6 hours per week)
Professional programs: 8–12 weeks (5–8 hours per week)
You can choose between self-paced or instructor-led formats.
5. What are the technical requirements?
For online learning, you’ll need:
A stable internet connection
A laptop or desktop with updated browser
Basic software (e.g., Zoom, Google Chrome, PDF reader)
On-campus students are provided with lab access and support.
6. Is there any instructor support?
Absolutely. All our learners whether online or in-person have access to experienced instructors via live sessions, forums, emails, and dedicated WhatsApp groups. One-on-one mentorship is available for premium tracks.
7. Can I access course materials offline?
Yes. Once enrolled, you can download lecture notes, slides, and selected video content for offline use. Full offline access depends on the course type and license agreement of the materials
8. What happens if I need to drop or withdraw from a course?
You can withdraw by contacting our support team. Depending on when you cancel, partial refunds or credits may apply. For in-person learners, you may defer your course to a later intake.
9. Are there any additional costs besides the course fees?
Generally, no. Course fees cover tuition, access to learning materials, and certification. Some advanced programs may require optional software licenses or exam fees, which are clearly outlined during enrollment.
10. What happens after I complete a course?
Upon completion, you’ll receive:
A Certificate of Completion
Lifetime access to course materials

1. How do I get academic support during my course?
You’ll have access to dedicated instructors and academic mentors via email, class forums, Zoom sessions, or WhatsApp groups. Weekly Q&A sessions are also scheduled to address learner concerns
2. What if I miss a live class or session?
Recordings of all live online sessions are made available within 24 hours under your course dashboard. For in-person classes, you can request a recap from your instructor or attend the next scheduled session.
3.How do I access my student portal?
Go to DataSeal School of Technology website and log in using your registered email. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option or contact support for reset assistance.
4. I’m having trouble accessing course materials. What should I do?
First, ensure you’re logged in. If you’re still facing issues, clear your browser cache or try a different device. If the problem persists, contact support@datasealschool.com with a screenshot or description of the issue.
5.Who do I contact for billing or payment issues?

6. Where can I get help with internships and career placement?

7.How do I submit a general feedback or complaint?
We value feedback from all students. Use the Feedback Form in your dashboard or send a direct email to feedback@datasealschool.com. All concerns are treated with confidentiality and urgency.
1. Do I need any qualifications to join?
Most foundational and crash courses require no prior experience. For advanced programs, we recommend basic knowledge in the subject or a related background. Specific prerequisites are listed on each course page.
2.Is there an application deadline?
Online courses have rolling admissions, while in-person intakes are usually organized quarterly. Follow our social media or check the “Admissions Calendar” for deadlines.
3.Can I switch from online to face-to-face learning?
Yes. Subject to seat availability, you can transition between online and campus-based modes. Submit a request through the student portal or contact support for help.
4. Are there scholarships or discounts available?
Yes. We offer limited merit-based and need-based scholarships, as well as group and early registration discounts. Visit the “Scholarships & Discounts” page for current offers.
5. Can international students apply?
Yes. We welcome international learners for our online programs. For physical attendance, ensure you comply with Kenyan visa and residency requirements.
6. How long does it take to process my application?
Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and next steps by email or WhatsApp.
7. What documents do I need to submit?
You typically need a valid national ID or passport, academic records (if applicable), and a passport photo. Specific course requirements may vary.
8. Will I receive a student ID or portal access?
Yes. Upon successful enrollment, you’ll receive a unique student ID, login credentials for the learning portal, and orientation materials.
9. Can I defer my admission after enrolling?
Yes. If you’re unable to start immediately, you can defer to the next intake. Submit a deferral request to admissions@datasealschool.com or through your dashboard.
10.Is on-campus support available for tech help?
Yes. Our Nairobi campus includes a Student IT Help Desk where you can get assistance with devices, installations, or platform logins. Open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
1. How do I place an order online?
To place an order, browse the DataSeal Shop, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided to enter your delivery details and select a payment method to complete your order.
2.Can I track my order after checkout?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept M-Pesa, major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and select mobile wallets. All transactions are secured for your safety.
4. Can I buy items in bulk for institutions?
Absolutely. We support bulk orders for schools, colleges, and businesses. Please contact our sales team at shop@datasealschool.com for customized quotes and delivery arrangements.
5. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For tech items, warranty terms may apply.
6. Are all tech products under warranty?
Yes. Most tech and computer accessories come with a 6- to 12-month warranty, depending on the brand. Warranty information is listed on each product page.
7.Can I cancel or modify an order after payment?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of payment confirmation. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
8.Do you deliver books and tech items together?
Whenever possible, we package and deliver items together. However, depending on warehouse location and item availability, some products may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
9. I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Still nothing? Contact us with your payment details and we’ll confirm your order manually.

2. I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions. If you’re still locked out, contact support for manual reset assistance.
3. Can I speak to a live agent?
Yes. You can request a live call or chat session during business hours. Just click the Live Chat icon on our site or request a call via WhatsApp.
4. How do I update my account details or delivery address?
Log in to your account, go to “My Account > Profile” and edit your personal details or delivery information. For changes to orders already placed, contact support directly.
5.How long does it take to resolve an issue?
We aim to resolve most queries within 24 hours. Complex cases (like returns or refunds) may take 2–5 business days depending on the issue.
